This week we will be learning all about binary code: A way of representing information using only two options. Once you have master the binary alphabet, we will be creating bead necklaces that spell out your name in Binary Code!

On Thursday we will be working on our keyboarding skills some more with TypingClub. Your goal is to reach level 100 by Dec 5th!

On Friday we will be creating a 5-part story in Toontastic. Make sure to give careful thought of which setting and characters you will be using before you start writing your script.

On Thursday we will be exploring the Homes app on the iPads. With this awesome resource we will be visiting four homes in Guatemala, New York City, Yemeni and Mongolia. We will discover how the homes in other countries are similar and different to ours in Costa Rica.

On Friday we will continue working on our keyboarding skills with Typing Club. I will not be in class on Friday, you will have a substitute, I expect a very good report on how awesome and amazing you were!
