This week we will continue to work with the Sphero robots and the Sphero EDU coding app. Your first task: program your Sphero to create a square.This week we will be starting our 5 week robotics unit with the Spheros! It is amazing what all these code-able robots can do! First step is to explore on your own, no restrictions, let's see what these little babies can do!I hope you had a great spring break! This week we are going to be concentrating on updating your Google sites e-portfolios as well as improving your keyboarding skills with Typing Club.This week will be your last week to work with the Ozobot robots. Your goal is to complete all 10 construction challenges and to submit your work through Flipgrid.Starting this week we will be learning how to code the Ozobot robots through a series of mazes. The Ozobots are non-screen programable robots! We will be writing the code with different color makers, the light sensors on the bottom of the robots will then tell the Ozobot what to do!This week we will be creating your Google Sites webpage which will be used as your digital portfolio for the year. Once we create your Google Site in EdTech class, it is your responsibly to keep it updated.This week we will be finish the book cover projects. The final step is to link your revision history videos to the printed cover using Aurasma.On Monday we will be using the Creature Garden app to create your own animal which you will be then using for a science project. Your animal will be going through testing to see if it will make it in the real world, keep that in mind when creating it.
