Performance Tasks (main subject integration: Art)
- Goal: Students will create a short iMovie on a Middle Eastern country, the iMovie will be an advertisement for tourism for their assigned country.
- Role: The student will be the video editor.
- Audience: Teachers, peers and parents. The fifth grade videos will be on a loop on a standing TV for Spring Arts Day.
- Situation: Students will be assigned a Middle Eastern country, using iMovie they will create a short (60-90 seconds) tourism advertisement video.
- Product: Their tourism video will include a voice over, a map of where their country is, popular cultural items, famous land marks and tourism activities.
