Unit 5: Non-Screen Coding (3 weeks)

Unit Summary

Students will learn about basic programming concepts (functions, pattern recognition, variables, and debugging) that are crucial in any programming language. Learning programming will help students make sense of the computerized world they live in. It will also develop their critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills. Students will be required to identify problems and develop solutions to complete tasks.

  • There are numerous programming languages that programmers can choose from.
