No class this week! I hope you have a great fall break! If you want some extra practice this week, spend 30 minutes doing Edu Type Jr and check out these fun Halloween games: Ghost Typing, Crossword Puzzle, Word Search, Pumpkin Carving, Pumpkin Matching, and Trick or Treat.

This week we will be creating a time lapse Quicktime video of the revision history of your Google Drawings book cover. Then we will be linking your printed book cover "the target" to the video you made "the overlay" using the Aurasma app. This will create an interactive report your work.

This week you will be finishing your recreated book cover in Google Drawings. If your class is canceled this week due to the field trip you need to make sure to finish your assignment at home. ALL book covers must be finished BEFORE the start of class next week.

Exploring Google. Today we will begin by logging into Google Classrooms for the first time. You will use Google Classroom with all your classes, I have a feeling you will really like it! The second part of class we will start our 'Recreated Book Covers' you will recreate the cover of your favorite book in Google Drawings, come to class knowing what book you want to do; drawings are due at the end of next class.

Reminders

-You may practice for your typing test at home. Click here for the test; you may choose your story and you may choose either 1 minute test or 2 minute.

-30 minutes a week of typing should be done at home with EduType Jr
(school id is kisje).

-For extra practice log into NitroType.

-Early finisher app of the month: Move the Turtle
