On Monday you have the choice between Typing Club or finishing your animation in Toontastic, choose wisely.

On Tuesday we will start working with the Dot & Dash Robots! You will work in teams of 3, you are allowed to pick your teammates but make sure to put a lot of thought into who you pick to work with. You are not allowed to change your group during this 6 week unit.

On Monday we will be creating a 5-part story in Toontastic. Make sure to give careful thought of which setting and characters you will be using before you start writing your script.

On Tuesday we will be taking the STAR test in both English and Spanish. Make sure to read the question, all the answers and the question again before clicking on the best choice.

On Monday we will be talking our AR quizzes on the books you have been reading, when you are done you can work on mastering your keyboarding skills with Typing Club.

On Tuesday we will be exploring the Homes app on the iPads. With this awesome resource we will be visiting four homes in Guatemala, New York City, Yemeni and Mongolia. We will discover how the homes in other countries are similar and different to ours in Costa Rica.

I hope everyone had a great fall break! This week we will be working with the Code Mouse Robot! In your groups you will be creating a series of mazes, next you will program (hands on without the use of any screen) the Code Mouse to complete the maze!
